It takes lots of learning, and laughing, and living,

Patience, and playfulness, growing and giving,

Honesty, humor, and hugging and hoping,

Kindness, encouragement, caring and coping,

Gentleness, strength, and a loving heart too,

That’s what it takes to make mothers like you.
