In my book, Medjugorje A New Beginning, I spoke of an inspired poem I wrote in 2004. Most of Our Blessed Mothers messages from Medjugorje speak of prayer. Returning to God. Blessed Mother brings us back to our foundation. If we do not begin a prayer connection to God, how will we receive his grace? This is a new year, and a new beginning. if we has forgotten how important prayer is, let us begin again. Lovely Lady dressed in blue, teach me how to pray, God was your little boy, and you know the way. Let us ask Our Blessed Mother for her help today.
Medjugorje = Poem
The Mother Of God Is there, and she speaks to us of prayer.
Each month we hear her message of fasting, peace and prayer,
And it is very clear.
The message goes out to all the earth.
The message is for you and me.
You have made our hearts aglow,
with the love of God you know.
We love you Mary queen of peace. stay with us.
She’s planted the tiny seed of prayer, fasting peace,
And step by step, and little by little,
all at once we see, and all at once we hear.
Oh Mary, tell us please, I’m here upon my knees.
Bring me to your son.
Oh Lady Queen Of peace, I love you.
She speaks to us and says, I am here with you now.
I will show you how, to turn your life around.
Begin to pray.
You cannot know God, if you do not pray.
Oh Medjugorje, this is a place of grace.
Let peace be part of you.
Start your life anew, please.
