Disney made a movie called Tangled. The movie is about Rapunzel and her Prince Charming. They fall in love, and because of their love for each other, they begin to see everything in a clearer light. In a way, that light is what happened when I experienced Medjugorje. The only difference between Rapunzel, and myself is that I fell in love with The Lord.When that happened, the fog in my life lifted, the world seemed new, everything became warm, and real. I did see the lights come out of the sun,but it was what was felt from the lights- the feelings of love, peace, and joy, God’s graces- that made everything look and feel different. I truly know in my heart that Jesus is the light of the world, and without His light we live in darkness.
Reflection: WE all have His light within us if we believe in Him, and we can pass His light on to others who are living in darkness, when we say yes, and allow Him to live in us. -John 8: 12 ” Jesus is the light of the world.”
