If you could just sit awhile child, and take time to be with me, You will begin to heal child, and you will begin to see.
How can we have a relationship with God, or with anyone, if we do not make time for them? Prayer is making time for God. In my book Medjugorje A New Beginning I spoke of a profound experience I had in 1992 that I called a lesson in loving. I suddenly awoke from sleep at 3;30 a.m. I heard these words in my heart. I believed the words were from Jesus. ” There are 24 hours in a day, Could you not spend one hour with me? You think you are giving me something. I want to give you something, but you are never quiet enough in the day time.” I have thought about these words, and what there meaning might be, many times over the last few years.
I believe the Lord is saying to all of us his children that He has so much he wants to give us, and we are missing out, because we are too busy to make time to be with him. The prayer continues.
