Matthew 9;9 Jesus looked at Matthew and called him saying” Follow Me.” Matthew got up and followed Him.”
Matthew literally rose from death of sin to follow Jesus to new life.
Jesus calls each of us to “Follow Him” just as He called Matthew.
If we feel unworty to answer His call, Jesus reminds us ” I have come to all sinners.” Matthew 9; 13.
When we look at our fellow men, and women and think what good can they do they are sinners,
It is then we need to remenber Jesus’s words ” I have come to call sinners.”
Prayer= Ephesians 4; 24 Please Jesus, give us the grace to put on that new man created in God’s image, whose justice and holiness are born of truth. Amen
