I love being awakened by the sunlight entering my bedroom window. It somehow makes me feel like everything is okay with the world and it’s going to be a great day. It is energizing and positive. Light is such a wonderful gift from the Lord. It got me thinking of how much the Lord loves us, and allows us to share in his light, and how we can pass His light on to others when we have His light within us. The world is so lacking in light.
Suggestion= Let us do something for the Lord today and pass along His light to others.
Matthew 5: 15-16
Men do not light a lamp and then put it under a bushel basket. They set it on a lamp stand where it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, your light must shine before men, so that they may see goodness in your acts and give praise to your heavenly Father.”
