This morning I needed this healing prayer= How about You ? Did you need a special healing prayer this morning?
We are told that prayer is lifting our hearts and minds to God. The definition of prayer is worship, supplication, thanksgiving, adoration,[and petition [ getting to know God better]. In my Book Medjugorje a new Beginning I wrote about a prayer experience I had in the year 2000. While in prayer, I believe I received six divinely inspired songs, poems, and what I call lessons in loving.The fifth lesson in loving is about prayer. I call it the healing prayer.” These are the words I heard in my heart, in poetic form.
The Healing Prayer
How can I talk to you, Lord? I don’t know where to start.
Start from the very beginning, tell me what’s in your heart.
If you could just sit awhile child, and take time to be with me,
You will begin to heal, child, and you will begin to see.
What will I see Lord? Tell me, how will I heal?
My fears are so many, and my pain is so real.
Just come in to my presence, and take time to be with me,
And you will begin to heal, child, and you will begin to see.
Pray from the heart, it’s a good start to heal, and be whole again.
I will be there beside you, Healing your life again.
Just come into my presence, and take time to be with me,
You will begin to heal, child, and you will begin to see.
I believe this prayer to be very powerful. I find it very comforting and healing. Others have also felt the same. My prayer is that it will help you as well.
