Leisure has a very important place in our daily lives. It is one of our six life arena’s. The encyclopedia explains it as “free time-spent away from business, or work related chores. Time spent doing something we enjoy. Leisure helps our body, mind, and spirit. It relieves stress. It helps us cope with our every day life chores. We need to make time for leisure daily, if we want our lives balanced. It is said” A healthy form of leisure is spending some enjoyable time alone, and some leisurely time spent socially.
