Mend a quarrel; apologize; ask for forgiveness.

Seek out a forgotten friend.

Write a long overdue thank you note; maybe to a family member.

Hug someone tightly and whisper, ” I love you.”

Forgive an enemy; pray for them.

Be gentle and patient with an angry person.

Gladden the heart of a child.

Find the time to keep a promise.

Make or bake something for someone else- anonymously.

Listen- Smile

Bring your neighbors trash cans in.

Take a walk with a friend.

Kneel down and pat a dog.

Read to your mate or friend.

Lesson your demands on others.

Play some beautiful music during the evening meal.

Apologize if you were wrong.

Turn off the television and talk.

Pray for someone.

Give a soft answer when you want to give a hard one.

Encourage an older person.

Tell another how much you appreciate them and why.

Offer to baby-sit for a weary mother.

Encourage the teachers in your life.

Do the dishes without grumbling; or even sighing.

Volunteer at a shelter or convalescent hospital.
